𝙋𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙎𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝘼𝘿 𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝙊𝙁 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙁𝙊𝙇𝙇𝙊𝙒𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘽𝙀𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙀 𝘽𝙊𝙊𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙂: • I charge a 35% cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, AND a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 80% of service for same-day-no-show. No exceptions. ALL no shows will be banned from booking in the future. • Please do not bring anyone/guests to your appointment that are not being serviced. If you need to bring an additional person to your appointment, let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment time. • Please reschedule your appointment if: (a) you are not feeling well, (b) have come into contact with someone not feeling well or who has COVID-19, (c) had exposure to COVID-19. • If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time — text 702-814-7789 to let me know you arrived because the doors to the spa will be locked. • I allow a 10 minute grace period. 15 minutes for an emergency; If you are running late past that time PLEASE let me know, and please know that unfortunately your appointment will be considered canceled. — I only allow one reschedule for being 15 minutes late to an appointment, the second time will require another non-refundable deposit that will not go towards the service. • If you need to reschedule prior to the 48-hour window before your appointment, please go to the confirmation link in your email or text 702-814-7789 ASAP. • If you need an appointment outside of business hours/a squeeze-in appointment, please text 702-814-7789. • I accept payments via cash, card, or tap, ONLY.
