CANCELLATION POLICY

𝙋𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙎𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝙑𝙄𝙀𝙒 𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝘽𝙀𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙀 𝘽𝙊𝙊𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙂: 𝘛𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘺: • 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee. • Within 48 hours: 35% of the scheduled service. • Within 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service. • Within 6 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: 80% of the scheduled service. No-show appointments may result in the inability to book future appointments. Cancellation fees are calculated using the full service price, not the remaining balance after your deposit. ⸻ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty prior to the 48-hour cancellation window through your confirmation email or text message. If you experience any issues, please text 702-814-7789 as soon as possible. ⸻ 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘀 All deposits are non-refundable. ⸻ 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early, kindly remain in your vehicle and text 702-814-7789 upon arrival, as the studio doors remain locked between appointments. ⸻ 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘀 A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you anticipate arriving late, please notify me as soon as possible. Appointments arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be shortened or canceled to respect the schedules of other clients. ⸻ 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 If you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. ⸻ 𝘼𝙑𝙊𝙄𝘿 𝙎𝙆𝙄𝙉𝘾𝘼𝙍𝙀 𝙒𝙄𝙏𝙃 𝘼𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙑𝙀 𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙍𝙀𝘿𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎: Refrain from using products with retinoids, alpha hydroxy acids, or similar actives near the treatment area for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment. These can affect the lamination, tint, the skin from the wax, and overall aftercare process. ⸻ 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your appointment.
