𝙋𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙎𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝘼𝘿 𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝙊𝙁 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙁𝙊𝙇𝙇𝙊𝙒𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘽𝙀𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙀 𝘽𝙊𝙊𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙂: • I charge a 35% cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, AND a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 80% cancellation fee for for same-day-no-show. ALL no shows will be banned from booking in the future. No exceptions. ** Percentage of fees is calculated from the TOTAL price of service, not the balance minus deposit. Ex. Full service price may be $115, the 35%, 50% or the 80% will be taken from that $115 amount, not the $75 balance after paying the non-refundable deposit. Please keep this in mind. ** • If you need to reschedule prior to the 48-hour window before your appointment, please go to the confirmation link in your email or text, or text 702-814-7789 ASAP to reschedule. • DO reschedule your appointment though if: you or someone you came into contact with had exposure to COVID-19. • If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time — text 702-814-7789 to let me know you arrived because the doors to the spa will be locked. • I allow a 10 minute grace period. 15 minutes for an emergency; If you are running late past that time PLEASE let me know immediately, and also know that unfortunately then your appointment will be considered canceled. • I accept payments via cash (preferred), card on file when booking, tap, or Zelle to contact.reannbeauty@gmail.com ONLY.
